Monitoring your sites uptime, security and overall health is an important proactive step we can take to guarantee when a problem does appear it can be solved quickly and with minimal impact to your readers.

If we see downtime notices we’ll liaise with your web host and any other linked service to see work out why and fix it.
Should your site be compromised by malware or a hacking attempt our monitoring will alert us and we will have it cleaned up right away.
